Groupe SEB (SK France): New leadership takes over
SK.PA (update): Groupe SEB appoints former Mars Petcare chief Loïc Moutault as CEO from 1 October in a planned transition, with continuity around the Rebound program. Rebound targets roughly €200m of recurring savings by 2027 and supports ambitions for 5% annual organic sales growth and a 10%, eventually 11%, operating margin. The key challenge is converting savings into durable margin gains without weakening innovation or commercial execution; Middle East disruption is expected to reduce this year’s earnings by about €30m.
