IPO.L: IP Group’s 1H26 results strengthen the thesis that its 44% NAV discount is excessive: at ~66p versus estimated post-period NAV of ~117p, H1 realisations were £68.7m and proceeds since the start of 2025 reached ~£154m. Outside investors supplied ~95% of £543m raised, while the Pfizer obesity royalty rose to £152.1m. The three-year base case is 101p; key risks are Pfizer concentration, the 2027 funding hump and failure to restore buybacks.
