ALMS (update): Alumis is a biomarker-recovery story: the overall LUMUS lupus study failed, but interferon-signature-positive patients showed roughly 30% treatment-placebo separation on BICLA, a similarly substantial SRI-4 effect, strong CLASI improvement and more than a doubling in LLDAS achievement. The key question is whether the FDA will accept Phase 2 evidence for a biomarker-enriched Phase 3 program.
