NBIS (earnings): Nebius delivered an excellent Q2: revenue rose 454% year over year and 46% sequentially to $582M, annualized run-rate revenue reached $3B, and adjusted EBITDA margin was 41%. Operating cash flow was $2.3B, helped by customer prepayments, against $5.7B of capex. NVIDIA’s $2B stake and potential 5+ GW partnership reinforce the opportunity, but at €226 much of the AI-infrastructure boom is priced in.
