ARCPF.AS (earnings): Arcona Property Fund delivered a good H1 outturn: net profit rose to €1.21m, NNNAV increased to €9.83 per share and LTV fell to 26.5%, helped by favourable revaluations, refinancing and deleveraging. However, rental income dropped sharply amid 21% vacancy and prior disposals. At €6.10, value creation depends on book-value disposals, asset management and resolving the 25% SPDI share overhang, which appears to block buybacks for now.
