SOI.PA (earnings): Soitec raised expected Q2 organic growth to approximately 50% from more than 30% as Photonics-SOI demand accelerated, lifting FY2026/27 Photonics-SOI revenue guidance to $250-300 million from more than $200 million versus just above $100 million last year.
