Rubrik: Down 18.5% After Earnings. Why?
RBRK (earnings): Rubrik delivered very strong Q2 results, beating every guided metric and raising full-year revenue, ARR, earnings and free-cash-flow guidance. Revenue rose 38%, or 43% excluding material-rights credits, subscription ARR grew 33%, and non-GAAP operating margin reached 8%. The apparent cloud slowdown reflects completed customer migrations: underlying cloud net new ARR grew 20%, while non-cloud growth should contribute only modestly despite better margins.
