TTD (pass): The Trade Desk’s fundamentals have deteriorated sharply: revenue growth slowed from about 20% in Q4 2025 to 3% in Q2, and $650 million of Q3 guidance implies a roughly 12% year-over-year decline. Despite a 90% fall from its peak and an interesting 7.7x EV/EBITDA valuation, the business has not stabilized. There has also been sizeable executive turnover, and the company is still reworking Kokai, measurement, AI, pricing and its go-to-market structure; revisit in a couple of quarters.
