BAM (earnings): Brookfield expects 2026 to be a record year by a wide margin, with fundraising far exceeding its prior high. FBC rose 19%, FRE 20% and DE 15%, while inflows were good, especially in infrastructure. Investment outperformance should start generating and realizing carry earlier in 2026 and pull carry previously expected near decade-end into 2027-28. The completed Oaktree acquisition will lower margins next quarter before expected synergies; management repurchased $575M year to date, citing meaningful undervaluation.
