ABVX (added to position): Oral UC drug obefazimod posted exceptional ABTECT Wk44 remission (50.8%/51.3% vs 10.4% placebo) but stock crashed from >$150 to ~$72.50 on cancer overhang (3 malignancies in 50mg arm). Author sees narrative failure not causality—dysplasia isn't cancer, no temporal clustering, 328+ pt-yrs prior data clean, miR-124 MoA tumor-suppressive. No dilution yet, runway to Q4 2027. Catalysts: safety package + n~500 non-responder data in weeks. Capped ~$150 BO target. Long from $70s.
