NL: Building position as it trades at a 44% holding company discount which makes titanium dioxide business essentially free. Holdings: $246M CIX stake, $157M KRO stake, $13M VHI stake, $55M unrestricted cash vs market cap. Previously avoided due to Chinese TiO2 flooding concerns, now view price as right.
