IREN (update): Energy scarcity play driven by AI demand. 3GW secured grid power (mostly W. Texas) + multi-GW pipeline. EV ~$20B vs $DLR's ~$80B EV for similar 3GW capacity. IREN as IAAS provider (higher value chain than DLR's colocation) suggests multi-bagger potential if pivot succeeds.
