NBIS (pass): 625% YOY revenue growth, $17.4B MSFT deal thru 2031, but raised $4.3B diluting shareholders 15%. At $25B market cap already pricing in deal. Ultra competitive, capital intensive AI compute space trades 3-6x sales. Sum-of-parts fair value ~$130 vs current price suggests limited 30% upside doesn't justify high risk.
