NexTech Healthcare was primarily a marketer of proprietary healthcare products. Rose Color produced and supplied dyes, pigments, and other specialty colors, as well as related chemicals and intermediary products to a variety of industrial uses. SPS offered nutritional supplements; natural products and extracts; fine chemicals; and pharmaceutical, flavor and fragrance, and agrochemical products and intermediates.
