As of April 20, 2011, R & A Productions, Inc. was acquired by substantially all asstes of American Cryostem Corp., in a reverse merger transaction. R & A, Productions, Inc., a development stage company, operates as a producer, financier, and distributor of motion pictures in the United States. Its activities include acquisition of film rights; production of films; and marketing and distribution of its own films, as well as other films. The company also develops new motion picture concepts and online motion picture distribution business concepts. R & A, Productions, Inc. was founded in 2009 and is based in Carlsbad, California.
