In 1995, Advanced Surgical Inc. was acquired by Imagyn Medical Technologies Inc. Advanced Surgical Inc. designs, develops, manufactures, markets, and distributes disposable and reusable instruments used in invasive surgery. In addition, the company manufactures and markets Relax, a valved catheter device, which is used in treatment of female urinary incontinence. Advanced Surgical is based in Princeton, New Jersey.
