Receptech Corporation was formerly a subsidiary of Immunex Corporation. As a result of Immunex Corporation's acquisition by Amgen Inc. as of July 15, 2002, Receptech Corporation was merged into Amgen Inc. Receptech Corporation offers clinical development and drug research services to treat diseases affecting the body's immune system. The company was incorporated in 1989 and is based in Seattle, Washington.
