SPDR Series Trust - SPDR Portfolio Short Term Corporate Bond ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by State Street Global Advisors, Inc. The fund is managed by SSGA Funds Management, Inc. It invests in the fixed income markets of the United States. It invests in U.S. dollar denominated fixed rate and non-convertible investment grade corporate bonds which have a remaining maturity of greater than or equal to 1 year and less than 3 years and that are rated Baa3 or higher by Moody’s or BBB- or higher by S&P or Fitch. The fund seeks to track the performance of the Bloomberg U.S. 1-3 Year Corporate Bond Index, by using representative sampling technique.
