As of May 9, 2007, Modigene, Inc. was acquired by ModigeneTech Ltd. in a reverse merger transaction. Modigene, Inc., through its subsidiary, provides advertising and graphic design services to corporate clients in the United States. It offers a range of services, including design and production of corporate identity packages, such as logos, letterhead, and business cards; and printed collateral materials, including brochures and catalogs. The company also provides various print media services, such as newspaper and magazine ads, posters, trade show booths, and outdoor billboards; promotional materials, such as T-shirts, coffee mugs, and pens. In addition, it offers Web site design, scanning, and photo retouching services, as well as a Web site design package, which includes hosting services through an unaffiliated business partner. The company, formerly known as LDG, Inc., was founded in 2000 and changed its name to Modigene, Inc. in February 2007. Modigene, Inc. is based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
