In addition, Community Bank operates a consumer finance company with 15 offices in North Alabama, a full-service insurance agency based in Huntsville, Alabama and a mortgage division based in Hartselle, Alabama. The Company has agreed to be acquired by Superior Bancorp of Birmingham, Alabama.
