The fund is co-managed by WisdomTree Asset Management, Inc. and Mellon Investments Corporation. It invests directly and through other funds in fixed income markets of the United States. The fund invests in debt securities of companies operating across business development companies and real estate investment trusts sectors. It primarily invests in high-yield, corporate bonds and broadly syndicated loans, private middle market corporate loans, collateralized loan obligations, mortgage-backed securities, other asset-backed securities and/or real estate loans securities. The fund seeks to invest in securities of any maturity. It seeks to track the performance of the Gapstow Liquid Alternative Credit Index, by using representative sampling technique.
