Home REIT plc is a closed-ended investment company which is registered as a public company limited by shares under the Companies Act 2006. The Company is structured as an externally managed company with a board of non-executive Directors. The Company commenced operations on 12 October 2020 when its shares commenced trading on the London Stock Exchange. The Group (the Group) consists of the Company and its subsidiaries. The Company filed its Annual Report & Accounts, including the Consolidated Financial Statements, for the year ended 31 August 2022 on 11 October 2024. Since the Company did not comply with the rules under DTR 4 to publish its 2022 annual financial report within four months of its year-end, trading in its shares was suspended on 3 January 2023. Additionally, the Company did not meet the requirement to file the half-yearly accounts for 28 February 2023 by 31 May 2023 (these were made available on the Company's website on 4 April 2025), the 2023 Annual Report and Accounts by 31 December 2023 (these were made available on the Company's website on 14 January 2025), the 2024 Annual Report and Accounts by 31 December 2024 (these were made available on the Company's website on 20 October 2025), or the half-yearly accounts for the period to 28 February 2025 by 31 May 2025. The suspension of the Company's shares cannot be lifted until all of its financial statement filings are brought up to date and the Company satisfies any other requirements of the Financial Conduct Authority. Home Reit Plc was incorporated in England and Wales on 19 August 2020.
