As of January 10, 2007, Lyon Capital Venture Corp. was acquired by UTEC Corporation LLC, in a reverse merger transaction. Allwest Systems Inc. designs, develops, manufactures, supplies, installs and maintains turn key integrated specialty electronics systems, support products and services for the commercial, correctional, electrical and industrial markets. The company offers its services to such institutions as airports, educational centers, prisons jails, federal buildings, courthouses, hospitals, justice centers, libraries, long term health care facilities, and banks. The company's integrated systems include detention door control, audio intercoms, monitoring and paging systems, fire/life safety systems, nurse call systems, intrusion detection, duress alarm, card access, time control systems, perimeter detection, watchtour, surveillance and access, fiber optic communication, closed circuit television, relay and discreet logic control, metal detection, touch screen, badging systems and pro sound systems.
