As of December 15, 2004, Murray, Inc. was acquired by Briggs & Stratton Power Products Group, LLC. Murray, Inc. engaged in the manufacture and marketing of lawn care equipments. It offered walk behind and ride-on power mowers, snow throwers, string and hedge trimmers, grass shredders, and hand held trimmers, as well as provided repair services through its distributors. The company was founded in 1987 and is based in Brentwood, Tennessee.
