The fund invests in fixed income markets of the United States. It invests in U.S. dollar denominated investment grade bonds, U.S. Treasury Securities, corporate bonds, mortgage-backed securities, government-sponsored securities, non-U.S. sovereign and provincial securities and asset-backed securities. The fund invests in securities that have a minimum of one year to maturity and are rated at least BBB- by S&P or Baa3 by Moody’s. It seeks to track the performance of the FTSE Goldman Sachs US Broad Bond Market Index, by using representative sampling technique.
