Tidal Trust I - RPAR Risk Parity ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Tidal Investments LLC. It invests in public equity, fixed income and commodity markets of global region. The fund invests directly and through derivatives including futures contracts to create its portfolio. For its equity portion, it invests in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. The fund invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalization. For its fixed income portion, it invests in U.S. Treasury securities like U.S. Treasury Inflation Protected Securities and U.S. Treasury Bills with varying maturities. For its commodity portion, it invests in gold. It seeks to benchmark the performance of its portfolio against the S&P 500 Total Return Index, the Advanced Research Risk Parity Index and a blended index consisting of 60% the S&P 500 Index and 40% the Bloomberg U.S. Aggregate Bond Index. Tidal Trust I - RPAR Risk Parity ETF was formed on December 12, 2019 and is domiciled in the United States.
