NuShares ETF Trust - Nuveen ESG High Yield Corporate Bond ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Nuveen Fund Advisors, LLC. The fund is co-managed by Teachers Advisors, LLC. It invests in fixed income markets of United States. The fund invests in U.S. dollar-denominated, high yield, fixed-rate corporate bond market that are rated BB+ or lower by S&P and Fitch or Ba1 or lower by Moody's with maturity of at least one year. The fund invests in securities of companies that are deemed socially conscious in their business dealings and directly promote environmental responsibility. The fund seeks to track the performance of the Bloomberg MSCI U.S. High Yield Very Liquid ESG Select Index, by using representative sampling method. It does not invest in securities of companies with significant activities in alcohol production, tobacco production, nuclear power, gambling, and weapons and firearms production.
