PGIM ETF Trust - PGIM Ultra Short Bond ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by PGIM Investments LLC. It is co-managed by PGIM Fixed Income and PGIM Limited. The fund invests in fixed income markets across the global region. It invests in investment grade, U.S. dollar denominated short-term fixed, variable and floating rate debt instruments including fixed income instruments issued by the US Government, its agencies and instrumentalities, as well as commercial paper, money market instruments, asset-backed securities, funding agreements, variable rate demand notes, bills, notes and other obligations issued by banks, corporations and other companies (including trust structures), obligations issued by non-U.S. banks, companies or non-US governments, and municipal bonds and notes with final maturity of three years or less. The fund employs a combination of fundamental and quantitative analysis with top-down and bottom-up securities selection approach to create its portfolio. It fund benchmarks the performance of its portfolio against the ICE BofA 3-Month T Bill Index and the ICE BofA USD 3-Month Deposit Offered Rate Constant Maturity Index.
