NuShares ETF Trust - Nuveen ESG U.S. Aggregate Bond ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Nuveen Fund Advisors, LLC. The fund is co-managed by Teachers Advisors, LLC. It invests in fixed income markets of the United States. The fund invests in U.S. dollar-denominated, investment grade taxable debt securities with a fixed rate coupon including U.S. government securities, debt securities issued by U.S. corporations, residential and commercial mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities, and debt securities issued by corporations. The fund invests in securities of companies that are deemed socially conscious in their business dealings and directly promote environmental responsibility. The fund seeks to track the performance of the Bloomberg MSCI U.S. Aggregate ESG Select Index, by using representative sampling method. It does not invest in securities of companies with significant activities in alcohol production, tobacco production, nuclear power, gambling, and weapons and firearms production.
