As of November 26, 2010, Multisys Language Solutions, Inc. was acquired by certain oil and gas rights on 6,000 gross acres located in McKenzie County of Holms Energy, LLC in a reverse merger transaction. Multisys Language Solutions, Inc., a development stage company, focuses on distributing interactive multimedia language education software developed by Strokes International AG. The company, through its software reseller agreement, intends to market interactive multimedia language education software to teach Chinese speaking individuals how to read and speak the English and German languages. It would market its software product in the Great China Region, including China PRC, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of PRC, Macao Special Administrative Region of PRC, and Taiwan. The company was incorporated in 2008 and is based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
