Northern Lights Resources Corp. engages in the acquisition, evaluation, and exploration of mineral resource properties in the United States. The company explores for copper, gold, silver, zinc, and lead deposits. It holds a 100% interest in the Secret Pass Gold project covering an area of 868 hectares located in northwestern Arizona; the Horetzky Copper Project covering an area of 5057 hectares located in Babine Region, British Columbia; and an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Pup Copper Project located approximately 10 kilometres west of the regional center of Dawson City. The company was formerly known as Northern Lights Uranium Corp. and changed its name to Northern Lights Resources Corp. in April 2008. Northern Lights Resources Corp. was incorporated in 2007 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
