Arcadian Partners LP

In March 1997, Arcadian Partners, L.P. (Arcadian) consummated a transaction, whereby Arcadian Corporation, the general partner of Arcadian, merged with and into PCS Nitrogen, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan, Inc. Previously, Arcadian Partners, L.P. supplied nitrogen and ammonia.
