Alliance Global Environment Fund

As of July 31, 2000, Alliance Global Environment Fund has gone out of business. Alliance Global Environment Fund is an open-ended equity mutual fund launched and managed by Alliance Capital Management L.P. The fund invests in the public equity markets of the United States. It invests in the stocks of companies that are expected to benefit from advances or improvements in products, processes or services intended to foster the protection of the environment. The fund benchmarks the performance of its portfolio against the FASC Environmental Index and the S&P 500 Stock Index. Alliance Global Environment Fund was formed on June 1, 1990 and is domiciled in the United States.
