As of January 2, 2009, Grange Resources Ltd., Prior to Reverse Merger with Australian Bulk Minerals was acquired by Australian Bulk Minerals. Grange Resources Limited engages in the acquisition, exploration, evaluation, and development of mineral resource properties in Australia and Malaysia. It explores primarily for gold, copper, nickel, iron, and other base metals. The company owns 70% interests in the Southdown Magnetite project comprising three granted mining leases covering the western end of the Southdown Magnetite deposit located near Albany in Western Australia; and the Kemaman Iron Ore Pellet plant project situated in the state of Terengganu, Malaysia. Grange Resources also holds a 51% interest in the Bukit Ibam iron ore project located in Pahang state, Malaysia. The company is based in Perth, Australia.
