US Copper Corp., an exploration stage company, engages in the mineral exploration activities in Canada and the United States. The company explores for copper, gold, and silver deposits. It holds 100% interests in the Black Warrior project located in the Esmeralda County, Nevada; the Moonlight-Superior project located in the Plumas County, California; and the Timore project and the Warren Whiteside project located in the Ontario.
