Invesco Actively Managed Exchange-Traded Fund Trust - Invesco Variable Rate Investment Grade ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Invesco Capital Management LLC. It is co-managed by Invesco Advisers, Inc. The fund invests in fixed income markets of the United States. It invests directly and through other funds in variable rate or floating rate debt securities that are denominated in U.S. dollars and are issued by private sector entities or government agencies and instrumentalities such as floating rate non-agency commercial mortgage-backed securities, variable rate non-agency residential MBS, variable rate agency MBS and floating rate non-agency asset-backed securities, floating rate corporate debt securities and variable rate preferred stock that are rated BBB- or higher by S&P and/or Fitch, or Baa3 or higher by Moody’s. The fund seeks to maintain an average portfolio duration of one year or less. It employs fundamental analysis to create its portfolio. The fund seeks to benchmark the performance of its portfolio against the Bloomberg US Floating Rate Note Index and the Bloomberg U.S. Aggregate Bond Index.
