The company, through galaxymall.com, an Internet shopping mall, hosted the storefront sites on its Internet server. Galaxy Enterprises’ subsidiary, Impact Media, was engaged in the design, manufacture, and marketing of multimedia brochure kits, shaped compact discs, and similar products and services that facilitated conducting business over the Internet. Impact Media also performed custom Website development.
