Invesco Exchange-Traded Fund Trust II - Invesco Bloomberg Enhanced Fallen Angels ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Invesco Capital Management LLC. The fund invests in fixed income markets of global developed markets. It primarily invests in U.S. dollar-denominated fixed coupon high yield corporate bonds that are rated Ba1/BB+/BB+ or lower by Moody’s, S&P or Fitch, but not below B1/B+/B+ by Moody’s, S&P or Fitch. It seeks to invest in fixed income securities with maturities between 1 to 10 years. The fund seeks to track the performance of the Bloomberg U.S. High Yield Enhanced Fallen Angels Index, by using representative sampling technique.
