Shopnet.com, Inc., produces motion pictures, through its subsidiary, Hollywood Productions, Inc.; and designs, manufactures, and distributes private and brand name labels of swimwear in the United States, through another subsidiary, Breaking Waves, Inc. It co-produced three motion pictures: ‘Dirty Laundry’, ‘Machiavelli Rises’, and ‘The Girl’. Breaking Waves offers girl's and children’s swimwear, which is sold throughout the United States. In addition to swimwear, it also manufactures beach cover-ups and accessories to coordinate with its swimwear. It was formerly known as Hollywood Productions Inc and changed its name to Shopnet.com, Inc. in May 1999. The company was founded in 1995 and is based in New York, New York.
