As of December 15, 2010, Calypso Media Services Group, Inc. was acquired by Seaglass Holding Corp., in a reverse merger transaction. Calypso Media Services Group, Inc. provides advertising services to manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in the United States and Canada. Its services include buying and planning media in radio, TV, cable, print, direct mail, or outdoor advertising; creating print advertisements; graphic design; producing electronic commercials; and Web site consulting and design, and Web hosting. The company, through an arrangement with Rovion, offers InPerson Moving Media that delivers video characters on a Web site with a personalized message to viewers. Calypso Media Services Group, Inc. is based in Montoursville, Pennsylvania.
