NuShares ETF Trust - Nuveen Enhanced Yield U.S. Aggregate Bond ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Nuveen Fund Advisors, LLC. The fund is co-managed by Teachers Advisors, LLC. It invests in fixed income markets of the United States. The fund invests in U.S. dollar-denominated, investment grade taxable government securities, debt securities issued by U.S. corporations, residential and commercial mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities and debt securities issued by corporations that have at least one year to final maturity. It seeks to replicate the performance of the ICE BofA Enhanced Yield U.S. Broad Bond Index, by using representative sampling method.
