Patch International Inc.

As of December 15, 2006 Patch International Inc. was acquired by Damascus Energy Inc. in a reverse merger transaction. Patch International, Inc., through its subsidiary, Patch Energy, Inc., engages in the exploration, development, and production of oil and natural gas reserves in the United States and Canada. It produces natural gas reserves through participation in farmout arrangements with third parties that act as the operator of the project. The company focuses on the assets located in the Kerrobert area in the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada. It produces light crude oil in Saskatchewan and natural gas in California. Patch International also owns interests in Bear Canyon gas project, located in Northeast Alberta; McLeod Project, located in Alberta; and Manahuilla Creek project, located in Goliad County, Texas. As of May 31, 2005, it had 19 gross productive wells in Saskatchewan. The company was incorporated in 2002 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
