Lone Star International Energy, Inc. engaged in the production and sale of oil and gas, as of December 31, 1997. Principal products were crude oil and natural gas, which were sold to various purchasers, including pipeline companies that serviced the areas, in which the producing wells were located. It intended to enter into a farm-out, joint venture, drilling participation, limited partnership, or any other suitable arrangement with respect to developing its properties and acquiring additional properties.
