As of May 14, 2008, SupportSpan Inc. was acquired by Abundantad, Inc., in a reverse merger transaction. SupportSpan, Inc., a development stage company, focuses on providing on-line remote support services to small businesses and self-employed professionals. Its services would include desktop assistance and training services with Windows-compatible applications and peripherals, such as Microsoft office suite; antivirus, anti-spyware, and firewall configuration; e-mail configuration and spam control; and other peripherals. The company also intends to provide other services comprising computer maintenance and troubleshooting services, including windows updates, virus and spyware removal, disk clean-up, and data back-up and recovery. In addition, it would offer small office/home office network support services for various network devices, such as router configuration, wireless network devices, network attached storage, and file and print servers. Further, the company intends to provide wireless connectivity assistance in various public environments, such as airports and hotels; and connectivity planning and research prior to client travel. Its services would be delivered through a virtual call center, which comprise various Internet and Web-based tools that would allow technicians and clients to communicate and interact. SupportSpan, Inc. was founded in March 2007 and is based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
