Three Rivers Financial Corp. was acquired by Peoples Bancorp on 02/29/2000. Three Rivers Financial Corporation, operated as the holding company for the First Savings Bank. The bank was engaged in the business of accepting deposits from the general public through a variety of deposit programs; and investing those deposits together with other funds in originating loans secured by one-to-four family residential properties located in its market area, loans secured by multi family residential and commercial properties, construction loans, second mortgage loans on single-family residences, home equity lines of credit, and secured and unsecured consumer loans, including loans secured by savings accounts.
