ICHOR Corp. was acquired by Mymetics Corp. on 03/28/2001 in a reverse merger transaction. ICHOR Corporation formerly traded on the OTC under the ticker symbol ICHR. In March 2001, ICHOR Corporation completed a share exchange with Hippocampe S.A. resulting in the shareholders of Hippocampe beneficially acquiring, directly and indirectly, approximately 66.3% of the shares of common stock of ICHOR. Previously, ICHOR Corporation, through its 87% interest in Nazca Holdings, Ltd., was engaged in the exploration for and development of groundwater resources in Chile.
