Enron Global Power & Pipelines L.L.C.
In August 1997, Enron Global Power & Pipelines L.L.C. (EPP), entered into an agreement and plan of merger with Enron Corp., pursuant to which Enron International Merger L.L.C., a wholly owned subsidiary of Enron, would merge with and into EPP. As a result of the merger, EPP would become a wholly owned subsidiary of Enron Corp. Enron Global Power & Pipelines L.L.C. was engaged in the ownership and management of power plants and natural gas pipelines, as of September 30, 1997. Its properties consisted of two pipelines and four power plant projects in Argentina, Philippines, and Guatemala.
