As of November 25, 1997, USX-Delhi Group was acquired by Koch Midstream Enterprises Inc. Co. USX-Delhi Group engages in the purchasing, gathering, processing, treating, transporting and marketing of natural gas. The company owns and operates pipeline systems and associated treating and processing plants in Texas and Oklahoma. USX-Delhi Group is based in Dallas, Texas.
