As of August 8, 2003, Graphic Packaging International Corp. was acquired by Graphic Packaging Holding Company. Graphic Packaging International Corporation manufactured packaging products used by consumer product companies in North America as primary packaging for their end-use products. The company’s folding cartons were used in various end-use markets, such as food—cereal, desserts, frozen and microwave foods, pet foods, prepared foods, snacks, food service products, dishwasher and laundry detergent, sporting goods, healthcare, tissues and papers, beverage—bottle and can carriers, and tobacco—fliptop boxes. Graphic Packaging international was formerly known as ACX Technologies, Inc. The company was incorporated in Colorado in 1992 and is headquartered in Golden, Colorado.
