iShares Trust - iShares Fallen Angels USD Bond ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by BlackRock, Inc. The fund is managed by BlackRock Fund Advisors. It invests in fixed income markets of global developed region. The fund primarily invests in U.S. dollar-denominated high yield corporate bonds which were previously rated investment grade and are now rated lower than BBB- by S&P and Fitch or lower than Baa3 by Moody’s and have at least one year to maturity.
